Installation is completed in Dialakoroba school by Afriq-Power,
the Malian solar enterprise spawned by Practical Small Projects. Villagers
are thrilled to have electricity and lights, which will greatly improve
conditions for adult literacy classes and evening study.

School sees dramatic improvement in student test scores following
installation of locally made solar panels by Practical Small Projects.
Prior to installation, 6 out of 37 students passed the national exam.
After installation, 36 out of 37 passed. As chores usually take precedence
during the day, lightbulbs extend the productive hours available for studying.
